Use this page to discuss the issues from the prior wiki page.

Create new topics by using a new heading level 2 (H2) for your topic name, and then enter the question or remark under that. If you wish to leave your details with the comment, then use the signature button (3rd from the right on the toolbar) to include your details at the end of the comment.

When replying to comments, use the quoting syntax (”>” for the first level reply, “»” for the second level reply, etc).
