To get straight into it, select any one of the following vendors, select a technology, and then start reading and editing the content.

This wiki is a place for all sales and technical people to be able to consolidate and share their knowledge. The main focus of the content will be all technologies relating to the small to medium enterprise market.

You will find:

• sales tips (licensing, features & benefits, suggested ways of pitching technologies, things to watch out for, etc)
• sales presentations
• technical tips
• technical installation guides

All users have the ability to read all of the content on this wiki, but if you wish to edit any of the pages, you will have to log in first. If you are not an existing member, the same login option (seen on the top right corner of the page) will allow you to register.

To get started in using this wiki, you’ll first need to understand the simple syntax used for creating the wiki content.

When you edit a wiki, you’ll have a toolbar you can use which will automatically enter the correct syntax for you at the click of a button. See the image below:

I will also create a quick training video which I’ll add to this section in the coming week in order to give you an overview of how to add and edit content.

For now, just take a quick look at the simple syntax used, and then just dive right into editing the various wikis.
